Projects are the activity of Baltic-Sea Lions

With a project help, assistance, cooperation is requested from other Lions, mainly Lions Clubs. Projects either follow a common goal or they try to fulfill urgent requests, help or even provide assistance in an emergency situation.

For the time being most of the requests are forwarded from our new Lions partners in the Eastern area and certainly we in the Western part are willing to help. But it could be the other way round, and this is already the case e.g. in the youth exchange programms and jumelages/twinnings. And others certainy will follow that example.

The projects are mainly concentrated on the area of the Baltic, but it could be that there are some in between, which are connected to the Baltic area only. Projects can be very different. Small projects, to help one person, bigger ones to help a group of people or an organization or even Baltic wide projects, like fighting pollution or following common aims.
