Concrete measures include the support of a youth and student exchange program, , wider cultural and societal exchange as well as ad hoc support programs. Well-established Lions programs such as Sight First need implementation and future Jumelages need thorough planning.

With the Co-ordination Group at the centre of all activities all outer circles are movable ensuring a maximum of combinations and constellations.
